  • Call for papers (COVID-19 articles at no cost)

    The outbreak of COVID-19 has posed unprecedented disruptions in education system globally, its effect is not limited to various ministry/departments of education, primary, secondary, and higher education institutions. Even non-formal education have been affected due to the unavoidable social distancing measure. To respond to this, we call on practitioners, researchers, students, teachers, lecturers and leaders to submit research reports addressing "education in COVID-19 pandemic" from interdisciplinary perspectives.

    Submission Open: February 1st, 2021

    Submission Deadline: March 30th, 2021

    Expected Publication: Article-by-Article basis

    Please note that only accepted articles addressing COVID-19 will be published at no cost; all other papers will be considered based on the journal's existing publication guidelines.

  • Notification and Call for Free Publication

    Dear Scholars,

    This is to notify you that our Journal of Education Research and Rural Community Development has undergone review. The Journal was divided into two separate journals, and the two journals retain the history of the old name.  That is, the education aspect of the journals now stand as a journal, and the rural and community development part also stands as a journal under the following names:

    Interdisciplinary Journal of Education Research (IJER) www.injer.org  or www.jerrcd.org

    Interdisciplinary Journal of Rural and Community Studies (IJRCS) www.injrcs.org

    Please note that your publications under Journal of Education Research and Rural Community Development remain valid, archived and indexed for life in all our platforms, nothing changed about them. 

    Two calls for paper

    1. We hereby call for free publication on COVID-19 related articles that fall within the scope of Interdisciplinary Journal Education Research (See the Journal Scope https://injer.org/injer/about). Please note that article that addresses COVID-19 and within the Journal's scope will be published for free if accepted. The Journal also accept other conventional articles, but only COVID-19 related will be published for free.  
    2. We also call for Free Publication on our Second Journal (Interdisciplinary Journal of Rural and Community Studies www.injrcs.org). The articles must address issues within the scope of the Journal, which is also available online.
